What to Expect:

-Gentle Movement (15 minutes): Start with a series of gentle stretches and movements to help ease tension and prepare your body for deep relaxation.

-Yoga Nidra (40 minutes): Experience a guided journey through Yoga Nidra, where you'll be led into a state of profound relaxation. 

This practice includes body scans, breath awareness, and visualizations designed to calm your mind, soothe your nervous system, and rejuvenate your entire being.

Comfortable Setup: Bolsters and blankets are provided to ensure maximum comfort during the session.

During a Yoga Nidra session, you'll lie comfortably and follow a guided meditation that typically includes:

Body Scan: Awareness is directed through different parts of the body to release tension and promote relaxation.

Breath Awareness: Focus on your breath to calm the mind and stabilize your emotional state.

Visualization: Guided imagery is used to foster relaxation and personal insights.

Setting Intentions: Often, a Sankalpa (positive affirmation or intention) is introduced to help guide personal growth and self-improvement.

This practice helps in reducing stress, enhancing emotional resilience, and improving sleep quality, making it a powerful tool for overall well-being.
